PUPPY HEALTH GUARANTEE

_____________ Health Guarantee: This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. For the protection of the purchase seller, the puppy should be examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the puppy is declared unhealthy by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of the purchase, they should issue a written statement of diagnosis, including a detailed description of all symptoms supporting that diagnosis. Results of any tests performed, and the reason why they feel the dog is a possible health risk, must be presented at the time of the puppy/dog being returned. If the buyer does not take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours from the date of purchase, this warranty becomes null and void. The Buyer shall elect to keep the puppy or return the puppy to the Seller (at Buyer's expense) for a replacement puppy of the same sex and color, provided that the puppy has not been injured or neglected. Buyer also recognizes that minor problems such as; diarrhea, giardia, clostridium, coccidiosis, etc. are common problems on puppies especially under stress of new circumstances will not be covered by this warrant, although every effort is made to prevent this.

______________ Genetic Defects: Seller warranties that this puppy is free from genetic defect for 1 year. Such as hip dysplasia, deafness, and serious eye defects that would prevent the puppy from being a companion animal. If this puppy is found to have a genetic defect of this kind, it must be verified by a licesed veterinarian. My veterinarian has to be given all vet records and come to the same conclusion as it being a genetic defect. If the dog does have a genetic defect the dog will be replaced with a puppy of the same sex and color. The seller is not paying for the vet bills if buyer should like to correct this defect.

_______________ Refunds/Replacement: We (Seller) do not refund money. We will replace the puppy/dog with one of equal value, Buyer will also pay for shipping of replacement puppy. Our veterinarian must be in agreement with the diagnosis of your veterinarian. Shipping is non-refundable. If the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian, NO GUARANTEE is given.

_______________ Veterinary Care: Buyer is aware of the vaccination and worming schedule and will continue with the vaccinations/worming.

____________ If at any time the Buyer cannot care for or has to surrender the puppy/dog the Buyer agrees to give the Breeder the first right of refusal. It is important to me to know where my puppies/dogs are and that they are cared for.
